"After a less-than-pleasant experience with another State Farm agency, I reached out to this office. I spoke to Alondra about my concerns regarding my life insurance policy because the office initially handling it wasn't getting back to me. She told me that she couldn’t do anything on her part until I requested a change of agent. She walked me through how to request it through the app. She told me she would keep an eye out for it and keep me updated. A day after I submitted the request, I heard from her saying that everything looked good with my life insurance policy. Alondra got back to me a day after I spoke to her. The previous State Farm agent told me they would get back to me, but I didn’t hear from them for over a month, and I was the one who had to reach out. Alondra went above and beyond, and I appreciate the work she did. Not only did she reach out to me when she said she would, which was essential to me. She told me that there was a better life insurance policy than the one I had. I set up an appointment with her so we can discuss it in person. We set up the new policy in about 30 minutes. She explained everything in great detail for my parents and me. I am glad that I made the switch. I couldn’t be happier with the service that Alondra provided."

"Lina with Oscar Feria State Farm was super helpful and responsive with helping me find ways to discount my car insurance premium once I hit 25 and my student discount and other discounts were removed even though I am in grad school. My insurance premium went up nearly $100 to a total of $260 per month (even with a clean driving record) after the discounts were removed and I was really upset but she was able to offer us different plans and was very clear with her explanations. Lina made the process of shopping for car insurance easier and was extremely helpful."
